Role Summary/Purpose
The Military Field Service Representative (FSR) will provide on-site training and logistic support for the GE T700 engine. Training includes but is not limited to flight line, hangar and shop level engine maintenance, troubleshooting and operations. The FSR will be responsible for multiple locations and must be knowledgeable with the T700 engine, as well as have the communication skills to work at all levels with civilian maintainers and within military organizational structure.
Essential Responsibilities
In addition, the Military Field Service Representative (FSR) will:
· Act as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns covering a wide variety of support services offered for assigned region, product, or coverage area
· Responsible for knowledge of assigned region, coverage area, or product lines, their associated configuration installations, and represents the most direct access to all appropriate internal functions to support the customer
· Establish and maintain contact to provide on-going technical and business support to assigned customers in designated geographic region or coverage area
· Develop a year plan for their own department. Is involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working
· Contribute to plan of larger unit
· Communicate across direct organization
· Present to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy
· Diverse clients in a region
· Follows frameworks to get through the processes in a timely and compliant manner

Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Services)
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service Management
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT :
· Candidates will need to be mobile and open to relocating to other locations domestically and potentially internationally
