Role Summary/Purpose

The Material Handler will work in a team-based services environment performing a wide variety of tasks including, but not limited to, receiving new parts, delivering parts to production, and preparing parts for shipment while maintaining an environment that sets a high expectation on Safety and Quality. You will interact and work with peers on common goals, and be flexible in managing day-to-day operations in scheduling, staffing and productivity.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Pick inventory items to support internal and external customer orders. 
·  Maintain Stock Control
Pack customer orders for domestic and international air, ground, and ocean shipment. 
·  Work with Internal customers in Customer Solutions, Planning, and Production Control to meet customer demand. 
·  Ensure proper and accurate accounting of all inventories and reconcile as necessary. 
·  Ensure all available orders are shipped on a daily basis.
·  Practice safe work habits to ensure an injury-free environment. 
·  Be actively involved with safety audits, near miss / first aid reports, safety hazard training, and Safety 10 Commandments. 
·  Maintain ISO standards within the zone
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Previous Material Handling experience. 
·  Basic Computer skills including ERP systems (Oracle experience preferred) and Microsoft Excel
