Role Summary/Purpose
The Power Services Marketing Operations team works collaboratively with Sales, Product Lines and IT to deliver the data, systems and analytical tools needed to drive growth for Power Services. As the Marketing Operations Analyst - Bus Intelligence, you will support the development of data analysis, digital tools and processes required to drive product share gain and profitability, customer needs and value analysis, competitive insight development and sales excellence.
Essential Responsibilities
In addition, you will:
· Drive digital thinking and Predix-based tool adoption to enrich and accelerate conventional marketing analysis across the global Power Services organization
· Develop analyses and tools to inform and enable product line marketing strategy, such as: multi-generational product planning (MGPP), campaign development, NPI roadmaps, total plant solution approaches
· Partner with the Data Science and IT teams to integrate of 3rd party data that will enrich installed base knowledge, enable competitive positioning, and develop segment / region-specific growth targets
· Partner with Sales Operations teams for streamlined management and digital delivery of marketing collateral and messaging content through SFDC and other channels
· Partner with customer-facing teams to broaden depth and breadth of Customer Competitive Intelligence gathering through new and existing digital channels
· Directly support sales and product line analysis on key accounts and large orders
· Understand the product marketplace; know the competition and the product strengths and weaknesses to help define the multi- generational product plan (MGPP)
· Collaborate with the digital communications team to analyze / develop / measure specific digital campaigns
· Collaborate with product marketers to build business cases: Generate cost estimates & development strategies to support MGPP & New Product Introduction (NPI)
Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Desired Characteristics
· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Finance from an accredited university or college
· Proficiency with data analysis and modeling tools (Tableau, Excel)
· Strong analytical, critical thinking and process skills
· Track record of effective project management
· Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
· Master's Degree in Business or Marketing Knowledge of marketing tools and techniques
· FMP / ITLP / OMLP experience
· Product Marketing experience, including: market / share trends analysis, product life-cycle analysis
· Current knowledge of the Power industry
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Team oriented- Strong collaboration and influencing skills
· Marketing insight with the confidence to act and influence others
