Role Summary/Purpose

The Marketing Intern supports CI Marketing department in facilitating and preparing marketing programs especially focus on digital on-line promotion. Well operation and implementation support to marketing digital programs, including on-line trade show, road show, workshop, training, printings, etc.
Essential Responsibilities

• Working closely with the CI marketing team, the marketing communication team and the digital team to develop and implement plans and strategies that develop brand awareness, create demand and generate sales leads
• Implementing and ensuring compliance with corporate branding and visual standards, and delivering right brand message to the target customer group consistently
• Creating and well managing on-line promotion tools to strongly support new product launches and vertical promotion
• Well support to implement digital promotion activities and initiatives, including digital advertising, web strategy, trade shows and events, and to meet desired results
• Work closely with the marketing team to apply measurement tools to evaluate and improve effectiveness of marketing programs and materials.
• Managing customer database and profile, and using direct marketing programs for more focused, accurate and effective target group promotion
Quality Specific Goals:
1. Well support CI marketing digital on-line promotion
2. Well communicate with marketing product team, marketing communication team and GEHC digital team
3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns
Qualifications/Requirements

• Major in Media, Advertising, Marketing or related field.
• Digital/ On-line study background or working experience
• A quick learner and sense of logical
• Diligent, open-minded, good team communication skill
• Creative and energetic. Able to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) as well as Microsoft Office tools
