Role Summary/Purpose

The Marketing Campaign Manager focuses on driving effective global marketing campaigns at the regional level that lead to pipeline growth. The Marketing Campaign Manager will plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns for GE Oil & Gas, Digital Solutions. In this role, a strong knowledge of marketing automation will be necessary to coordinate campaign design and follow-up, along with expertise in campaign management and lead management.

Essential Responsibilities

Responsible for reporting on the performance of the various programs such as email performance, pipeline contribution, conversion and sales impact. The role will also partner and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations and IT resources.

In the role of Marketing Campaign Manager, you will:

·  Create and execute strategic marketing campaigns that engage, educate and retain customers, drive demand, and support revenue and business goals

·  Build and manage campaign calendar, deliverables and deadlines along the marketing value chain

·  Plan, design, and execute email marketing, webinar and other campaigns using Marketo

·  Ensure all leads are being tracked, scored and routed appropriately

·  Coach the Inside Sales team that responds and qualifies each new lead via phone or email. Partner on script development and value prop validation

·  Manage partner execution arm to import all leads from external programs and build weekly reports on the success of each program

·  Use campaign data to drive sales engagement and business learning

·  Glean insights from plan and actual campaign data and drive improvement in execution process and tactic selection

·  Establish self as system expert in marketing automation lead generation program design & execution providing best practice consultancy to Field Marketing & marketing automation colleagues on program, asset, nurture creation & execution

·  Research and test application of best practice techniques to improve email deliverability, response rates & overall MA program effectiveness

·  Review and approve all web forms to ensure field accuracy and correct data flow

·  Investigate and implement new processes, technologies, services and/or vendor solutions that complement Marketo and enhance the capabilities and effectiveness of marketing organization

·  Define business success factors

·  Develop product positioning and messaging for the various buyer personas that differentiates GE's product offering from that of the competition

·  Continually analyze and measure performance of campaigns and modify structure to optimize results, maximize registrations and drive revenue generation

·  Identify and detail appropriate marketing channels/tactics that drive sales and generate brand awareness

·  Effectively communicate plans and metrics regularly to marketing, product management and sales leadership

·  Ensure availability of the right tools for enterprise and commercial sales team teams, so they are equipped to follow up on leads generated as required

·  Work with the appropriate team to ensure that marketing programs are accurately reflected on our website, and that all required lead acquisition components are fully in place

·  Provide subject matter expertise in the application of marketing automation practices to meet defined business goals

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business from an accredited college or university

·  Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Direct Marketing, Database Marketing or a combination including minimum 2 years of experience using / administering a marketing automation platform, experience implementing, using and troubleshooting marketing automation technology and Sales CRM experience

·  Ability and willingness travel up to 20% of the time, as required
