Job Description Summary
Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material/production needs. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.

What you'll do
· Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs. Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements.
· Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy. May include support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.
· Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
· May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
· A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills and may be required to lead a junior team. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Explains technical information to others.
· Manage Nozzles and Shrouds production planning activities.
· Continuous improvement through NCR, PSR and Kaizens.
· Maintain OTD, COGS, Wing to Wing cycle.
· Maintain timely parts reservation and follow up with sourcing.
· Maintain pacing plan and target.
· Perform billing activities of completed projects for internal and external customers.
· Maintain cell monthly output target.
· Embrace and help deploying new digital production tools.
What you’ll bring
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
· Arabic/English proficiency reading, writing and speaking.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning / materials management in a manufacturing environment.
· Solid expertise in master scheduling, MRP, inventory management, and ERP/planning systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle), with strong Excel/data skills.
· Good understanding of key operational and financial drivers (OTD, COGS, cycle time, capacity) and how planning decisions impact cross‑functional performance.
· Proven ability to work autonomously within defined frameworks, resolve issues using sound technical judgment, and collaborate effectively across Sourcing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance.
· Strong interest in continuous improvement and digitalization (Lean, Kaizen, NCR/PSR, digital production tools), with a proactive, growth‑oriented mindset.
· The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction.
