Job Description Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer will establish internal processes that safely ensures the production of high-quality products that meet all technical specifications across multiple Punchline production lines. The Manufacturing Engineer (ME) will work daily alongside the floor manufacturing team, production, and quality engineering team to ensure production schedules are maintained. In addition, the ME will drive continuous improvement by owning multiple projects that will improve manufacturing capabilities, improve cycle times, and resolve technical/process issues, all while ensuring the highest level of commitment to quality and safety.

Roles and Responsibilities
· Define and control production process including tooling and equipment.
· Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment.
· Lead improvement efforts for equipment reliability, tooling, process controls, and safety/ergonomic solutions.
· Develop work instructions & procedures to support operator training and process control.
· Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.
· Become the system and process expert, will be the final qualification authority for the floor manufacturing team.
· Interface with manufacturing and other support teams to complete projects to meet EHS, production, quality, and cost savings goals within schedule and budget.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in engineering or other similar technical area from an accredited university or college with minimum of 3 or more years of manufacturing experience.
Desired Characteristics
· Engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering or materials science preferred.
· Engineering experience in industrial/manufacturing environment.
· Knowledge of 3D CAD modeling software.
· Experience in designing tooling and fixtures.
· Familiarity with basic lean principles – takt/cycle and 5S.
· Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed.
· Leadership ability: strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborative.
· Problem solver: analytical-minded, challenges existing processes, critical thinker.
· Methodical thought process with acute attention to detail.
· Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to speak and communicate effectively with both senior management and production teams.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $91,700.00 and $152,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
