Role Summary/Purpose

Position Description:

We are recruiting talented Engineering students who are willing to take responsibility--students who want to implement their own ideas but who understand the importance of teamwork in an ever-changing environment. Assignments will typically be in the supply chain or manufacturing environment. Co-Ops will work in a team environment to complete projects designated by their Team Leader / Mentor.
Essential Responsibilities

Co-Ops will be responsible for projects that have real impact on the business

Projects may include, but are not limited to, the following fields:

·  Evaluation of Supplier Quality

·  Product Quality

·  Evaluation and Reliability

·  Assembly Production

·  Process Engineering

·  EHS

·  Materials

·  Fabrication and Finishing

·  Production Equipment

·  Fixture Specification

·  and Quality Assurance
Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications :

·  Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university or college

·  GPA of 3.0 or higher

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT :

·  Must be willing to work out of an office located in Hendersonville, NC

·  Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening
