Role Summary/Purpose

Experienced CNC machinist (5 Axis Machining centres) with a working knowledge of Heidenhain, or similar, Language / Control Systems for machining and probing.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Operating a Heidenhain TNC 530 control 5 Axis vertical machining centre

·  Changing and setting tooling/fixtures

·  Using standard measuring equipment

·  Responsibility for the quality of the parts machined

·  This role will require shift work
Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience on Heidenhain TNC 530 Controller
• Knowledge of machining composites
• Ability to read and prove out new programs
• Good knowledge of cutting tools
• Ability to set up fixtures and tooling
• CMM programmer / user
• Background in aerospace manufacturing and engineering
