Job Description Summary

CNC machinist who has experience operating a CNC machining as well as able to read basic G code. Strong understanding of different machining methods and the tools used.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

·  Operate CNC Machines: Set up and operate CNC machines to machine parts to specifications from engineering drawings.
·  Quality Control: Perform inspections and measurements of machined parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
·  Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to CNC operations, tooling, and programs.
·  Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure seamless integration of CNC machining processes into overall production workflow.
·  Adhere to all applicable EHS rules and regulations and employee’s EHS responsibilities.
·  Experience operating Vertical Turning Lathes (VTL) and/or other large CNC machining equipment is highly desirable
·  Ensure product quality, equipment care, meet production output/pace, housekeeping and schedules.
·  Carries out other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required:

·  Minimum secondary level education
·  NTC or equivalent preferred
·  Good mechanical aptitude
·  Good command of written and spoken English
·  Knowledge in operating of machines
·  Able to perform rotating shift
