Job Description Summary
We are looking for an IT professional who will be responsible for our local IT infrastructure while also providing on-site end user support. This is a hands-on role that combines technical ownership of local infrastructure with day-to-day support for our users. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the technology, solving problems directly, and working with both infrastructure components and business users.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
· Take responsibility for the local IT infrastructure , in cooperation with central/global IT teams. This includes areas such as: Network and connectivity, Local servers and infrastructure components (where applicable), Workplace devices (PCs, laptops, printers, peripheral devices), Meeting room equipment and collaboration tools
· Provide on-site and remote end user support for incidents and service requests related to : Windows-based workstations and laptops, Mobile devices (Android / iOS), Collaboration tools and digital workplace technologies (e.g. MS Office 365, Teams, email, etc.)
· Act as the local IT point of contact for the site: Be the primary interface between local users and central IT infrastructure teams. Communicate clearly about issues, changes, and planned activities. Ensure stability, availability and continuous improvement of local IT services
· Monitor and coordinate local infrastructure activities: Support installations, upgrades, and maintenance with vendors and global IT. Follow defined IT standards, procedures and security guidelines
· Proactively identify and implement improvements in local infrastructure and end user services to increase reliability, performance and user satisfaction.
· Handle day-to-day issues hands-on, resolving problems directly whenever possible and escalating only when necessary.
Required Qualifications
· Communicative knowledge of Czech/Slovak and English (spoken and written).
· Good understanding of: MS Windows-based systems, MS Office applications (ideally Office 365), Android / iOS devices
· Basic knowledge of IT networks and infrastructure components.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to interface with users with confidence and clarity.
· Willingness to work in a hands-on, operational role, combining infrastructure responsibility and end user support.
· Talented IT person who is not afraid of challenges and is willing to learn and adapt within an international team
· Secondary school, Bachelor’s or higher degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or demonstrated equivalent knowledge.
Desired Characteristics
· Experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or on-site support role, ideally in an international or corporate environment.
· Experience working with IT ticketing tools and following IT processes (e.g. incident, request, change management).
· Ability to coordinate activities with external vendors and global IT teams.
· Interest in developing towards a Local IT Infrastructure Owner role, with growing responsibility for the site’s IT services.

· Annual bonus up to 15% of yearly salary.
