Role Summary/Purpose
Execute a one year Lean project and Lean Framework execution meant to improve the operation of manufacturing processes.
Essential Responsibilities
Essential Responsibilities:
· Ownership of the site's 5'S Program.
· Improve the lean tools management in Shop floor, line balancing and waste elimination.
· Promote the continuous improvement at shop floor by encouraging people to generate ideas, providing follow up and implementation.
· Accomplishment, monitoring and control of lean progress and metrics, prepare and communicate results.
· AWO's/ShingiJutsu events activities follow up.
· Present quarterly progress to site's staff.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications / Requirements:
· Student from the last four semesters from Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or similar.
· Fluent English Speaker.
· Change Agent
· Basic Lean/TPS tools knowledge
