Essential Responsibilities

·  Lead development of 3D harness routing and formboard creation
·  Guide mechanical integration on proper harness routing and harness mechanical tie points
·  Execute creation of necessary system documentation to flow down requirements
·  Evaluate detailed design for technical merit & adherence to sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements.
·  Support factory build of prototype & standard production systems
·  Monitor and communicate project status, business issues and significant development
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor's of Science Degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science or other Engineering Discipline 
·  At least 4 additional years of experience in an Engineering position
·  Fluent in English and Russian languages (writing, reading, speaking, listening)
·  Must have legal authorization to work in Russia.
Desired Characteristics

·  Minimum of 2 years of experience with 3D harness routing
·  Experience in schematic creation and electrical integration
·  Experience with multi-location teams involved in design and validation activities
·  Strong technical aptitude, including applicable engineering tools and systems
·  Strong oral and written communication skills
·  Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
·  PC proficiency
