Essential Responsibilities
As the Lead Sourcing and Recruiting Specialist, You will be directly responsible for the wing to wing recruitment process of various standard and niche recruiting roles including stakeholder engagement. Sought out as a Subject Matter Expert for specific domains, industries or functions, you will play a lead role in new process identification and development. You will directly build and develop diverse candidate pipelines and work with client groups to understand potential hiring needs within the United States.
In addition, as the Lead Sourcing and Recruiting Specialist, you will:
· Handle the recruiting activity for a mix of external hires and internal recruitment
· Craft desirable job descriptions and passive candidate marketing plans that drive successful recruiting while ensuring diverse slates
· Be a trusted adviser to your Hiring Managers & Candidates and have some influencing capabilities
· Use Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and handle interview slates and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools to develop robust candidate pipelines
· Deliver quality candidate slates by using both validated and creative recruiting methodologies
· Partner with Stakeholders to reactively recruit yet also able to identify potential talent and proactively arrange beneficial exploratory interviews.
· Be naturally self-directed and work as an individual contributor supporting an assigned client group
· Guide interview team to use capability-based interviewing techniques
· Help support GE’s diversity strategy to attract a diverse workforce to the company by hiring talented people of diverse backgrounds, experiences and styles
· Capable of working cross-functionally with matrixed teams to meet overall business recruiting goals
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
· Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated passive and some niche recruiting domain expertise
