Role Summary/Purpose
In this role you will be a key member of our quality team providing essential and effective support to our product line base production organization.
Essential Responsibilities
In the role of Lead Process Quality Engineer, you will:
Support / lead customer, internal and regulatory audits
· Investigate Quality Non-Conformances, lead Root Cause Analysis as required
· Utilize screening matrix to drive quality improvements
· Issue and communicate Quality Alerts
· Collect and analyze First Pass Yield data for Machining, Cladding and Assembly & Test per product line structure
· Update weekly / monthly Cost Of Quality reports, analyze data and drive weekly activities per operating rhythm
· Drive First Pass Yield and Cost Of Quality improvement projects utilizing Six Sigma and Shainin tools
Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
· Minimum 3 years of experience as Quality Engineer OR Completion of the Operations Management Leadership Program with at least one role as a QC specialist
