Essential Responsibilities:

·  Manage the S&OP operating rhythm, including governance, meeting minutes, and action plan follow-up to drive continuous process improvement and regular back-testing;
·  Stabilize data integrity by ensuring cross-functional consistency and enforcing regular updates from sales teams on execution dates, product scope, and segmentation;
·  Maintain consistent load models linked to drivers and productivity factors, while supporting service transactional planning, capacity visibility, and digital tool automation;
·  Evaluate upcoming factory load requirements to support Make-or-Buy trade-off decisions;
·  Lead bi-annual lead time reviews with Sourcing stakeholders by analyzing historical data against standard cycles, managing impact assessments, and communicating changes;
·  Collaborate on BoM template reviews to enhance alignment between Engineering, Supply Chain, and Site Installation teams;
·  Analyze BoM revision KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and manage the Pre-ECO/BoM Supply Chain review workflow.

 

Required Qualification:

·  Bachelor's degree complete in Engineer, Business Administrations or related areas;
·  Previous Experience in Material Plan, S&OP, BoM, Project Planning;
·  Previous experience working with international projects and standards is a plus
·  Advanced English;
·  Experience with complex formulas on Microsoft Excel and Power BI;
·  Avaiability to work on Taubaté/SP Office.
