As a Lead HR Business Partner you will be the HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as provide coaching, your HR process expertise and work on other general HR activities. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Focused on execution of standard enabling activities/provision of advice subject to policy and work routines within an enabling discipline. There may be some latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing situations.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with both blue-collar and white-collar employees, as well as mid-level managers, to ensure the site has the necessary talent and skills to meet current and future operational demands. A strong onsite presence is essential.
  • Address employee relations issues to foster a positive work environment within the factory, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilize a foundational understanding of key business drivers to effectively perform your duties, while continuously seeking to deepen this knowledge. Understand how your team's work integrates with other teams and contributes to overall objectives, and identify ways to enhance this integration.
  • Exercise autonomy in decision-making within a defined framework, resolving issues that require sound knowledge and judgment within established procedures, and developing innovative solutions for future challenges.
  • Work with HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making, and leverage data to identify trends and opportunities for future growth.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of HR theories, practices, and procedures to execute functional policies and strategies, while developing your functional skills and preparing for supporting future leadership roles.

Required Qualifications

  • Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an industrial environment (manufacturing/production).
  • Knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Strong communication, proficient in written and spoken Hungarian and English.
