Role Summary/Purpose
The Lead Finance Analyst position is responsible for supporting the Global Finance Manager of Product management & Technology
Essential Responsibilities
In addition, as the Lead Finance Analyst, you will :
· Support Digital Technology and Product Management leaders
· Develop analytics and understanding of Digital Margins
· Manage base cost of Digital Technology and PM
· Analyze capital Allocation and Payback
· Understand and analyze cost drivers
· Identify opportunities to optimize base cost spend
· Set up product hierarchy and cost structure for Digital products for better tracking of Sales and Margin
· Work with GE Digital to understand the Predix billing
· Work with controllership and PM team to identify Predix cost between Base and Variable
· Track product line profitability including: price, volume, mix analysis and base cost by product line to determine total profitability
· Understand and track cost out impacting the products vs. price actions to be able to report value gap as a global business
· Work with regional commercial finance teams and supply chain to reconcile PVM analytics between regions & products
· Lead and Support Planning cycles including GPB, S2, and Quarterly estimates
· Develop Financial Operating Rigor

Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration from an accredited university or college
· Minimum of 3 years of experience preparing variance analysis and financial forecasts

Desired Characteristics
· MBA from an accredited university or college
· Minimum of 5 years of financial planning and analysis experience
· FMP or program graduate
· Green Belt certified
· Proficient use of financial systems and analysis tools including Microsoft Excel
· PC / System skills: Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint
· Knowledge of Hyperion and MARS
· Demonstrated leadership skills and high energy level
· Excellent analytical skills - ability to analyze information and identify implications
· Good communicator - ability to work with all levels of management
· Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while consistently delivering results
· Solid accounting skills
· Ability to work across functions at all levels
