Role Summary/Purpose
Our new intern will be a key member of our Life Care Solutions commercial team within GE Healthcare. She/He supports the Eastern European Commercial Operations and Simplification Leader / Consumables Modality Manager and cooperates with sales managers, products managers, distributors and other marketing/sales interns, performing assignments where trust and accuracy are required.
Essential Responsibilities
· Works on projects around commercial performance reporting, runs, interprets and publishes recurring reports after development.
· Supports commercial simplification projects - maps processes, suggests process changes and tracks/coordinates implementation within team and distributors
· Develops PowerPoint presentations and other graphic presentations to communicate progress, share best practices, or to provide updates.
· Supports the regional operation of Consumables & Accessories product line.
· May be asked to take on certain aspects of a full-time job within the function the intern is studying.
· Intern may be asked to support marketing activities together with Marketing interns both nationally and internationally in the Eastern European region.
· May be asked to participate in early talent events, seminars or trainings.

Qualifications/Requirements
This individual works on projects related to a particular function depending on their prior coursework and degree program.
· Current enrollment in Hungary in a degree program that will lead to a bachelors or technical degree or equivalent in the function (or similar) in which the intern will work Active student enrolment for a minimum of 6 months (BA/BSc or MA/MSc)
· Ability to work at least 32 hours a week
· Fluent English
· Proficient user of Microsoft Office
· Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
· Able to manage a number of different tasks and manage competing priorities
· Effective time management and organizational skills
· Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
Desired Characteristics
· At least 24 credit hours of coursework toward a bachelors/technical (or equivalent) degree in the function you are interning or a recent graduate from a Bachelors/technical program in the function you are interning.
· In countries where applicable, a GPA of at least 3.0
· Ability to exercise independent judgment consistent with department guidelines.
· Previous experience using independent thought processes to plan ahead, process information, maintain workflow and anticipate future needs of the team.
· Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
· Self-Starter, proactive, able to work independently with minimal direction
· Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions and meet deadlines.
· Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working within a globally diverse team across different time zones.
