·  Create, maintain and modify internal DSD EHS management documentation (procedures, instructions, operational documents)

·  Assist in risk assessment and CE certification matters (User manuals, declarations of conformity)

Role Summary/Purpose

We offer students (m/f) to work with our EHS team at our site Kassel Germany. The student projects will be to support the DSD FW2.0 assessment project. Start: as soon as possible; duration: 18 months.
Essential Responsibilities

Maintain and improve DSD FW2.0 assessment 

·  Improve documentation of base line assessment 
·  Create, maintain and modify internal DSD EHS management documentation (procedures, instructions, operational documents) 
·  Modify and adapt existing personal authorizations 
·  Create, maintain and modify documents for chemicals in DSD 
·  Assist in risk assessment and CE certification matters (User manuals, declarations of conformity) 

Improve DSD Gensuite data 

·  Create, maintain and modify DSD training tracker data 
·  NM reporting
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Student in the field of business management 
·  Familiar with MS office tools 
·  Solid communication and coordination skills 
·  Accurate working style, self-motivated and results-oriented 
·  Fluency in English and good German language skills
