Role Summary/Purpose

We offer an internship linked to a Master’s thesis development in our Lean Manufacturing department.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Support in reducing the standard times Cypress (Kaizen execution) 
·  Implementation of VSM projects (e.g. Concept of a new training matrix)
·  Improvement of our Lean Culture by developing the next Lean Training Evaluation 
·  Back-Office support of the Lean Team

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Registered Master student in business engineering, business administration, or similar study program at an accredited university  
·  Bachelor’s degree in business engineering, business administration, or similar discipline 
·  Strong knowledge and work experience in Microsoft Office applications 
·  Self-confident and persistent characteristics to develop efficient new concepts 
·  High communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams  
·  Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize diverse tasks with a proven ability to meet deadlines 
·  Fluent verbal and writing skills in English and German
