Role Summary/Purpose

The Global Brand Marketing team is responsible for all GE brand creative, media strategy and execution. In this role, candidate will work directly with the head of Social Media Marketing and help provide innovative thinking on how to disrupt (for the better!) GE's current communications channels to drive better engagement and interaction.

Essential Responsibilities

This is a strong communicator, with the imagination of marketer, who has interest in identifying, flexing and adapting digital tools to capture and engage an audience. This includes identifying the right social, mobile, and other emerging startup technologies for engagement. The successful candidate will also be responsible for running internal communications rhythms with key cross-functional and business stakeholders as well as assisting with budget management.

• Managing communication rhythm with related GE divisions and partner agencies
• Supporting campaign execution
• Proactively identifying and evaluating media trends and emerging tech opportunities
• Communicating daily and weekly analytics highlights/program changes with stakeholders
• Support on GE's social strategy and account maintenance
