Role Summary/Purpose

Inside Sales Representative will be a primary point of contact for existing customers who require support for their existing water equipment providing timely and accurate parts quotations. The position will support Lifecycle Marketing and product management with proactive out bound calls to build and nurture relationships with our customers and generate new opportunities for the Lifecycle team.

Essential Responsibilities

·  Proactively responding to inquiries from customers.

·  Supporting customers with the development of comprehensive parts offerings that will strive to meet the customers CTQs for technically complete offerings, expected delivery period and price.

·  Develop new business opportunities by soliciting customers; building and nurturing customer relationships.

·  Act as a communication bridge between marketing, the commercial teams and the customer. Be familiar of each marketing initiative, and work toward business objectives

·  Ability to comprehend each of the product lines and to communicate a value proposition to customers

·  Track, monitor and report on assigned lead generation and parts opportunities.

·  Achieve operational targets for the Lifecycle Business

·  Participate in team meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Experience - The ideal candidate will a minimum of 3 years in a role with a sales track record.

·  The candidate will have team building aptitudes and must possess strong administrative, time-management, and organizational skills. Will be comfortable and competent with financial and costing disciplines; have a high order aptitude for communications

·  Will have prior background in the technical service sector, will be able to interpret technical information and drawings

·  Will be competent across a number of business applications from SAP to Salesforce and will have proficiency in MS office applications with superior business writing skills

·  Outstanding commercial and customer service skills.
