The Hybrid Electric Engineering Specialist will support engineering deliverables for our hybrid new product introduction programs. In this role, you will support design, project management, and engineering operations. This role impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure operational alignment with KPIs.
- Optimize design and process improvements.
- Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline.
- Has awareness of latest technical developments.
- Uses judgment to make decisions or solve tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management or engineering.
- Takes new perspective on existing solutions.
- Uses technical understanding for data analysis to support recommendations.
- Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
- May lead small projects.
- Works closely with internal partners, builds consensus.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma/GED
- This role requires use of technical data subject to U.S. Government contract restrictions and this posting is only for U.S. Citizens. GE will require proof of status.
