Job Description Summary

Responsible for the delivery of multiple wing-to-wing processes or a large complex HR process through effective relationships with the internal and external suppliers that administer the process. For the responding to employee and HR service ticket requests, direct entry, and processing of transactions into HR systems, and management of escalations and questions. This will include developing an in-depth, wing-to-wing knowledge of company HR operations systems & processes, identifying, and resolving operational issues, and supporting or driving process improvements and other initiatives. Promote “Best in Class” service while working cross functionally with internal teams and suppliers. Support to control and monitor compliance risks.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

·  Manage HR operations for assigned business and team metrics delivery, including: 1) Partner with biz HR team to communicate ongoing delivery, changes, provide value-added consultation and services. 2) Prevent, mitigate HR risk and compliance issues in daily job via raise out the issues at early stage. 3) Lead of facilitate employment transaction based on defined operations processes to ensure quality delivery & compliance, including pre-onboarding & onboarding, 1st day introduction, exit process, contract renew, internal transfer, promotion, and other relevant transactions. 4) Responsible for pre-payroll operation for assigned businesses incl. compensation administration, payroll administration, time management i.e. payroll and time data collection, validation, calculation, payroll & time data input activities etc. 5) Proactively seek partner/customer feedback to identify areas for process improvement, standardization, and productivity within assigned process.
·  Develop strong working relationships with upstream and downstream stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and early identification of requirements and service issues.
·  Lead and/or participate global, country, and Ops team initiated projects, e.g. E-tool enhancement, process/ system review, employee events, etc.
·  Learn and utilize LEAN principals to support operational technology/process improvements to deliver a contemporary experience to the business.
·  Answer queries and other ad hoc requests with professionalism.
·  Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by manager.

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources, law or related
·  Minimum 3 years related HR operations experience, and project management experience is a plus
·  Detail oriented and strong execution ability
·  Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges
·  High energy level with strong customer service mindset & can do attitude
·  Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
·  Fluent English in both verbal and written
·  Good command of PC skills
