Essential Responsibilities
· Support HR Operations related works, including onboarding, certificate letters, offboarding, HR systems, payment etc.
· Accomplish document management including but not limited to document preparation, collection, scan, filing, retrieve and check.
· Involve in all kinds of HR projects, employee events etc.
· Other ad hoc tasks.
Requirements
· Detail oriented and comfortable dealing dealing with routine work;
· Can work under time urgency and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
· Attend to work at least 2 days per week for duration of 6 months;
· Fluent English in both verbal and written;
· Proficient PC skills at Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
