Job Description Summary

Tamheer program is an on-the-job training program for Saudi graduates. Tamheer aims at training Saudi graduate holders at international organizations and outstanding companies in order for them to gain experience and skills to prepare them for full time employment. Program duration is 6 months long period of training. We are intended for graduates who have bachelor's degree, and that have not been employed during the last six months.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

This is going to be for 2 Tamheer to be selected , during the program GE will provide assignments, projects & tasks that is related to his/ her major where he/she can develop his/her Leadership Capabilities, communication skills and introduce him / her to the work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

First Tamheer will be responsible as follow:

  • Provide dedicated support and guidance to multiple Business HR Partners and Country HRPs including but not limited to: HR requests related to Workday HR actions, employee & People Leader (PL) questions or help required, employee onboarding & exits, employee data maintenance, , HR data reporting and troubleshooting as needed in relation to employee pay and benefits.
  • Lead HR analytical efforts to drive more effective decisions through deeper operational understanding. Monitor and identify trends to partner with HR Operations to drive solutions.
  • Provide employees and managers with an available first point of contact for HR systems and tools and documentations.
  • Lead other site-wide HR projects as necessary, working across multiple client groups.
  • Provide dedicated guidance on: WD related questions, HR fundamentals and processes, mastering One HR site and guiding the HR function towards a more digital way of managing workforce.
  • Continually partner with Business HR Partners and country HR Partners to drive employee data accuracy in HR tools and make updates when necessary (organization changes, leave of absence, transfers, salary, job details, bonus plans, reporting structure, work schedule, work location, payroll details, etc.)
  • Own key tasks related to HR processes in collaboration with local COEs for Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits and HR Operations, to ensure high quality service and suggest process improvements to simplify processes.
  • Assist with all other HR data & business requests as needed.
  • Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care.

The second Tamheer will be responsible for:

  • Work closely with Operations leaders team and ensure to execute actions of planning activities and communication with progress update.
  • Responsible about day-to-day planning activities and business priorities.
  • Responsible about Employees communication in the shop floor.
  • Responsible about data Entry in the HR system for any changes and cleansing projects.
  • Responsible for Tardy Reports: Pull report every two weeks, analyze the report to get final results, report to managers, and take action also present it to the cell leaders in order to see what is required to improve it and to reduce to absence or lateness cases.
  •  Responsible for tracking the warnings: File the hard copy, upload soft copy in GE BOX, and record it in warning tracker and make sure everything is matched and up to date. Beside to do any deletion for the leavers.
  • Leading HR activities and participate in general initiatives.
  • Support on the job classification project.
  •  If the candidate proof her/ him self in the first 3 month she/ He can be able to lead major

Projects.

  • Work on culture change projects.
  • Participate in the employees' career development.
  • Work on the perfect time attendance award program.
  • Tracking the contractors Headcount.
  • Take the lead in hiring the shop internships.
  • Collaborate with HR teams across shops to leverage best practices.
  • Attend regular team meetings and provide input on HR-related matters within the workshop.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,  Business administration, Management Information System (MIS) or similar degree.
  • Good written and spoken communication in English and Arabic.
  • GOSI and MCS records indicate that the applicate has not registered for any job during the past six months.
  • Should not be currently employed.
  • Good usage of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Should not have previously participated in Tamheer.
