HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities.Act as the HR Manager of record for a client group.
L&D leader for GE Aviation Czech responsible for Training plan, local and corporate trainings and their records, Training Matrix, including foreign language learning and communication with suppliers.
In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Take care in all HR aspects of very international, complex client groups, which consist of top experts from the fields of R&D, project management, IT, finance, sales, service and quality work (approx. 150 employees) originating from different corners of the world, who are employed here in Prague
- You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers on employment law and compensation matters
- You will manage your organizations in the corporate Workday system and the local OKBase system
- Labor and legal documentation will be prepared for you by colleagues from the central HR Operations team, but now and then you have to be ready to deal with some paperwork
- You will be the L&D leader for GE Aviation Czech, which entails responsibility for creating the annual education plan, managing its budget and smooth implementation, including coordination with the corporate education team. This also includes the management of foreign language teaching with an external supplier. However, a colleague - administrator helps with entering the training into the systems.
Required Characteristics
- Previous experience supporting clients from internal HR •Knowledge of Workday and/or OKbase would be an advantage
- Speak English really well, Czech is also a must
- Ale to work with Excel - filtering, formulas, vlookup functions, pivots
- Mature personality who stays on top of things
- Ability to function in a highly matrixed environment
