Role Summary/Purpose
Responsible for identifying, driving, and documenting harvest material productivity projects. In addition, the project leader will work to meet or exceed financial productivity targets for the global harvest program.
Essential Responsibilities
1. Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Asset, Harvest Operations, Inventory and Sourcing) to identify material productivity projects.
2. Gather, analyze, and prioritize projects to deliver to financial commitments.
3. Consistently look for additional program opportunities to include consumable & repairable parts. Ensure solid and viable relationships with modality Engineering teams to meet all QMS requirements for part testing.
4. Ensure all required processes are followed on project execution to prevent Quality & Fulfillment issues.
5. Interface with modalities to understand technical obsolescence issues & proactively provide a harvest solution. Initiate continuous improvements in established processes and procedures to ensure greater effectiveness and acceptance by the business.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelors Engineering or equivalent technical experience; 2+ years experience in cross-functional product development / integration.

4. Multitasking abilities to drive critical issues simultaneously.

7. Excel, Access proficient
Desired Characteristics
1. Experience in working with Installed Base team and /or service; product knowledge; previous customer advocate and / or program core team leadership experience (LPI, LSI, SW Integrator and / or Subsystem Leader.
2. GE Medical Imaging, OEM Medical Imaging equipment or LCS experience a plus
3. Field engineer service experience
