A key initiative to ensure the success of the GSI business ramp up is the GSI academy dedicated to the development of the GSI specific technical competencies which are required to support our growth and long-term strategy.
Different learning journeys are proposed.
Mission:
The GSI Academy Class Program Coordinator plays a vital role by ensuring the deployment of the GSI academy class journeys with lean & efficient processes.
Job Description
Main accountabilities:
Class journey deployment & efficiency monitoring:
- Plan & organize the GSI Academy technical learning Classes with standard work approach & proposal.
- Manage the Training KPi’s as attendance, trainees satisfaction, trainers feedback including associated analysis to propose continuous improvement & manage the process of training update content .
Tools & procedures: Ensure that lean process with associated procedures & tools are in place for an efficient training deployment in growth context.
Ensure the update process of the GSI knowledge library with the support of experts.
Assist in creating GSI Academy Technical Training Content together with GSI Experts (scope related to candidate experience).
Some travels will be required mainly in Europe.
Skills:
- Project management skills: Organisation, pro activity, solution provider.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to synchronize several activities with a detailed-oriented approach.
- Proficient working with Digital Tools, especially Office 365 tools (including Excel with pivot tables, Smartsheets, etc).
- Exceptional communication and listening skills.
The plus will be:
- Familiarity with learning as trainers or in training design for adults & with various training methods and tools.
- Technical background with an experience on AC or DC substation
