Job Description
What you’ll do (Job Responsibilities)
As a Nuclear EEDP, you will:
· Work on impactful, technically challenging projects in the Nuclear power generation industry
· Participate in work rotations in a variety of disciplines (i.e., Design, Analysis, Systems, Integration, Controls, etc.) over the span of approximately 2 years.
· Enhance core engineering skills through technical, business, and general development training.
· Receive technical training, mentorship, and coaching from world-class technologists and experienced technical managers.
· Collaborate in general development and technical training activities with other Program members.
· Grow technical expertise in your chosen field and expand skills in new areas.
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
· Bachelor's or Master's Degree in the Engineering majors stated from an ABET accredited university: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Controls Engineering, Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or other Energy Engineering related majors will be considered.
· Overall GPA greater than or equal to 3.0 / 4.0 without rounding
· Must have the ability to work in the US for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship
· Ability and willingness to work full-time and in-person in Wilmington, NC

After the program, you will be a well-trained Engineer applying your technical expertise to drive innovation in the nuclear power industry. You might be working on cutting-edge projects in Design, Systems, Integration, or Controls, playing a crucial role in our mission to deliver reliable, affordable, sustainable solutions. You will offboard into an Engineering role within the Nuclear Organization.
Additional Notes: Employees with a permanent address more than 50 miles away from the work location are eligible for a relocation package upon joining GE Vernova.

For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is 81,000.00 USD annual for candidates holding a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 86,000.00 USD annual for candidates holding a Master's degree in Engineering.
