Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting office organization and maintaining order
  • Managing and directing phone, email, and meeting traffic
  • Greeting guests, organizing meetings, and preparing necessary materials in advance
  • Managing filing and document tracking processes
  • Organizing, tracking, and recording incoming and outgoing documents, packages, and correspondence
  • Performing tasks assigned by the Administrative Affairs Department and supporting office supply procurement
  • Monitoring the schedules of the founding team and assisting with planning as needed
  • Providing support for personal requests and tasks of the founding team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least relevant experience, preferably in office management
  • Good planning, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Trustworthy, detail oriented, responsible
