Role Summary/Purpose

This is a Lead Business Property Specialist-Provide analytic and project management support to the Corporate property portfolio through oversight of transaction management projects globally.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Cost benefit analysis utilizing financial data to determine recommendations
·  Project management global transactions – ability to communicate across all levels of the company & with vendors appropriately and respectfully…involves managing vendors, coordinating project plan and team calls to drive desired outcomes 
·  Assist Corporate Transaction Manager with cash benefit analysis preparation, review and accuracy for GE corporate real estate transactions 
·  Manage creation and oversight of restructuring requests on a quarterly basis 
·  Assist in management of vendor database for accuracy and analytics of reporting to execution leadership on a quarterly basis 
·  Assist with strategy creation annually with Corporate Transaction Manager 
·  Assist in roll out of new real estate database and transaction approval process 
·  Assist in process improvements for Corporate transactions globally
·  Assist corporate properties leader with closure of compliance concerns and mitigating controls
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED or equivalent with at least 5 years experience in a Finance, Project Management.
·  2 years experience Financial Planning and Analysis, FP&A or data analytics experience
·  Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% of the time. globally
·  Fluent in English, both written and verbal
·  Location is flexible

·  Participation in a GE leadership program or Post-graduate degree or an international equivalent in Property, Real Estate, Finance or Operations 
·  Ability to communicate effectively face-to-face and remotely both inside and outside the organization 
·  Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills  
·  Proven ability to manage complex projects
·  Experience managing broker and other third party supplier relationships 
·  Demonstrated ability to utilize and understand financial models 
·  Execution oriented, thorough and analytical; strong, proactive problem solving skills 
·  Able to build strong, trusting, relationships and effectively influence and gain support for ideas; robust change management approach 
·  Decisive, able to effectively challenge, push back and drive change at global level 
·  Independent thinker, capable of identifying emerging issues, applying risk management experience in a fast-paced corporate environment 
·  Understanding of emerging/developing markets, diversity and cultural issues 
·  Demonstrable high standard performance in complex, ambiguous and changing environments
