Role Summary/Purpose

We are seeking a cyclotron engineer who is willing to join the modality Cyclotron and TRACERcenter service team based in Uppsala.
Essential Responsibilities

In this unique position you will have the opportunity to be trained by the modality service team to become our next cyclotron and TRACERcenter service expert to service Cyclotrons mostly in Nordic countries up to 80% of the time.

·  High degree of quality awareness; excellent fault finding and diagnostic skills combined with ability to detect and remedy faults, defects, problems

·  On site installations and service work

·  Act as a link between Modality service and regional service in Nordic countries

·  Work independently and possess a high level of functional expertise to service the Radiopharmacy and TRACERcenter products

·  Manage radiation work with respect to ALARA

·  The right candidate will bring expertise, positive energy, and a commitment to improving our customer experience and our service processes

·  Willing to travel with short notice up to 80%

·  Flexible work hours including up to 3 weeks of overnights

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Radiochemistry and Cyclotrons service experience

·  Quick learner

·  Team player, cooperative, interested in further development

·  High degree of flexibility, highly motivated

·  Ability to work under pressure with regards to service delivery and radiation work

·  Fluent in Swedish and English
Desired Characteristics

·  Formal educations in physics alt. electrical engineering

·  Service experience preferably on GE Cyclotrons

·  Excellent computer skills

·  EU work permit
