Essential Responsibilities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including product, support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
• Proactively leads a joint company account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
• Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES
• Achieves assigned sales quota in designated accounts.
• Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
• Achieves customer objectives defined by company management.
• Completes customer account plans that meet company standards.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
• Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above
• Minimum 5 years’ of sales experience in Diagnostic Imaging or Healthcare related sales or marketing environment with solid account management methodology exposure
• Strong ethics, integrity and compliance orientation
• Fluent in English and local language
• Strong co-ordination, commercial, influencing & negotiation skills
• Customer focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to internal and external customer needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical & clear-thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex issues into simple solutions & messages.
• Takes initiatives, accountability and responsibility for own work.
• Must be highly motivated, results driven, energetic and capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze customer data and develop financially sound sales offers
• Strong knowledge & experience of end to end sales process and working with cross functional teams (Inquiry to Order, Order to Remittance, Finance, Services, Country sales, etc.)
Desired Characteristics
• Experience in direct sales of multiple products in Healthcare imaging equipment.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to communicate to company personnel and customers at all levels.
