Coordinate exports and comply with process requirements, delivering materials and products within the contractual terms.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

·  Follow-up with exporters and shipping agents;
·  Prepare shipping documents to comply with customer requirements and international shipping guidelines;
·  Monitor key export indicators (time/cost) in order to provide historically based information for future shipments;
·  Complete all required documents for submission on time to ensure compliance with regulations;
·  Coordinate customs clearance with the forwarder;
·  Maintain effective communication with all internal and external customers;
·  Daily work with carriers and monitoring of shipment processes;
·  Monitoring the production of equipment to meet deadlines.

Qualification:

·  Education: Degree in Business, Economic, Engineering and similar areas;
·  At least 01-year experience in the exercise of the position or in related activities, inside or outside the company;
·  Desirable Knowledge of Incoterm (Groups E, F, C and D);
·  Desirable Knowledge of SAP;
·  Initiative, negotiation skills, systemic vision, planning and organization skills and good interpersonal skills.
