Role Summary/Purpose

Current by GE’s Digital team is comprised of dynamic software development and product management professionals who possess entrepreneurial spirit, are technical experts who take pride in their work, and put their team above all else. As an Executive Assistant, you will assist the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) as well as the San Ramon office by coordinating all administrative activities for this executive leader and helping build a fun and motivating atmosphere for our office.
Essential Responsibilities

In addition you will :

·  Provide administrative support to clients through:

·  Effectively Maintaining and Coordinating Calendars
·  Scheduling Appointments and Meetings
·  Telephone Coverage
·  Coordinating IT Troubleshooting
·  Processing and Reconciling Travel Expense Accounts
·  Managing Catering
·  Handling Various Purchases
·  Making AP Invoice Arrangements
·  Coordinate complex domestic and international travel including airfare, car service, and lodging
·  Schedule plans, and organizes all logistical details for in-house and off-site meetings, training and events, both international and domestic, including:
·  customer visits
·  leadership off-site meetings
·  and regular operating rhythm calls with leadership team

·  Create and maintain detailed tracking of ongoing projects, engagements, budgets, and PO’s

·  Work with IT to coordinate technical troubleshooting for Senior Leaders technology assets, and in preparation for virtual meetings

·  Create and maintain email distribution lists

·  Act as a liaison between the office and the building, managing facilities and operations including mail delivery, maintenance requests, and more

·  Type various correspondences both in own signature and in manager’s signature

·  Provide general office administrative services, including:
·  managing incoming correspondence
·  managing shipping needs
·  document preparation and printing / scanning / faxing as needed
·  catering coordination
·  and facilities management

·  Partner with a group of Current volunteers to build a fun and motivating atmosphere for Current’s San Ramon site by brainstorming and implementing team building and social activities for employees

·  Coordinate new hire onboarding and keep org charts updated

·  Handle other administrative tasks, as assigned

·  Exhibit a highly professional image to contacts both in person and on the phone
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Or an Associates’ Degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of two years of experience in Administration and Support)

·  Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant for C-level executives

·  Minimum of 10 years of total experience in Administration and Support

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT :

·  Ability to travel 10% of time as needed
