In this context, Grid Solutions is looking for an Equipment Quality Manager for Berlin, who will assure that all the equipment of the project are matching the required quality expectations.
The Equipment Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality of equipment bought by the project (int/ext suppliers), ensuring that all equipment complies with quality standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Integrate customer quality requirements into project quality standards.
Assess criticality of items, assign surveillance levels, and manage Inspection and Test Plans documents (ITPs) from suppliers (int/ext)
Organize and coordinate Final Acceptance Tests (FAT) at supplier sites and any other inspections.
Oversee inspection processes, manage non-conformities, and ensure quality compliance.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and engineering departments on quality and procurement plans.
Maintain quality and testing documentation from suppliers, including ITPs, test reports, FAT records and Final Inspection Report.
Monitor supplier performance against quality standards and implement corrective actions
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
Proven experience in quality management
Knowledge in turnkey projects development and interfaces
Experience in development and implementation of Inspection and Test Plans related to HV turnkey projects
Strong compliance focus & personal integrity
Analytical thinking
Communication skills
ONETEAM mindset
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
Fluency in English . German is a plus
