BHGE Measurement & Sensing (Druck Ltd), design and manufacture a range of sensors and instrumentation products that are utilised in a vast array of market segments. BHGE employs approximately 39,000 people worldwide. We have a Team of 600 employees on our site in North West Leicestershire.
We are recruiting 2 Engineering SAP Technicians to ensure the smooth running of our internal Technology processes
Essential Responsibilities
We are recruiting 2 SAP Technicians into our 100 strong Engineering Team supporting projects in industries such as automotive (including F1), metrological, Hydrology and oil & gas. You will work together with people from the business unit under guidance. You will support the Engineering Teams with collecting or giving technical information
Essential Functions (Opportunities):
• Support Engineering Change Management in SAP in accordance with our business procedures
• Ability to work cross functionally with Technology, Sourcing, Planning, and Product Management functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to communicate with offshore teams based in India and China.
• Support the continual development of SAP processes.
• Updating of internal documentation
• Support Technical Regulations department with shipping blocks in the GTS portal of SAP
Qualifications/Requirements
Demonstrate a good understanding of product structures and associated parts in SAP
Proven ability to work to deadlines and respond effectively to an ever-changing environment
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications
Experience with processes
Strong people and time management skills

Basic knowledge of SAP

Microsoft Excel experience would be an advantage
