Role Summary/Purpose
Responsible for working with MRCI Leader to assist in pricing analytics, regional power market research and finally helping with the selection of the right product and best solutions for New Gas Turbine deals. Liaise with commercial teams and assist in preparation of commercial offers for all Gas Turbines.
Essential Responsibilities
· Record pricing information from budgetary and compare with firm proposal
· Conduct market analysis on top tier power market on tariff and PPA structure
· Conduct engineering evaluations of Customer requests and assist in equipment selection
· Develop wining solutions for RFQ’s and Sales leads whilst complying with all Engineering procedures
· Any essential function deemed necessary by the Line Manager to meet demand
Qualifications/Requirements
· Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent knowledge or experience
· Theoretical knowledge of power plants and gas engines equipment
· Willingness to learn and work with teams
· Strong computer skills with exceptional proficiency in power point and excel
· Must have valid authorization to work full-time without any restriction in the role’s location
Desired Characteristics
· Engineering degree students in their final year
· Has knowledge of the Energy industry technical and regulatory framework
· Flexible attitude to working patterns
· Willingness and ability to travel
· Ability to effectively perform & contribute in a matrix team environment
· Local candidates preferred
· Self-starter, able to work in a team
