As a Design Engineer you will be responsible for thermal and flow analyses on multiple engine programs (Leap, CF6, CF34) for cost, field, manufacturing support and other life cycle engineering activities. You will have an opportunity to develop new skills, learning engineering tools and grow while executing projects. As a member of international engineering team you will cooperate to identify problems and seek solutions.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Perform 1D/2D/3D thermal analyses of engine modules and components to support new engine designs and legacy products
Participate in development of thermal design for assigned project
Collaborate with design team members and experts to meet project goals and requirements
Exchanges technical information, promote open dialogue and asks questions to solve problems
Prepare and present technical data on internal and external reviews
Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
MSc/BSc in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Computer Science
Basic understanding of heat transfer and fluid mechanics
Ability to effectively communicate within the team
Good level of oral and written communication skills in English

Good organization and analytical skills
Willingness to learn and expand competences
Ability to teamwork and self-reliance in assigned tasks
Familiarity with thermal or flow analyses will be an additional advantage.
