Role Summary/Purpose

As an Embedded Software Engineer you will be part of a team responsible for the development of real-time embedded software. The team will be responsible for developing embedded software for Aircraft Systems and be able to contribute directly to the development, verification and certification of products for high profile aircraft. You will take an innovative approach to problem-solving and share technical knowledge with others across the organization.
Essential Responsibilities

·  As part of a team, you will be responsible for the part of the software development and verification life cycle for assigned functionality on assigned project(s) for aerospace product

·  Work within a global organisation, utilising good team working skills, including Agile techniques, to execute assigned project to meet customer and programme requirements

·  Work with systems, certification, safety, CEO and other stakeholder team to support project in meeting all customer, process, certification and safety requirements

·  Participate on teams assigned to address organizational initiatives and improvement activities

·  You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge of aerospace systems
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent level of knowledge and experience

·  Knowledge of real-time embedded software, using C/C++ or other similar language

·  Good communication skills to team, peers, and management
