Role Summary/Purpose

Responsible for primary relationship between Treasury, Treasury functional teams and GE business units, for delivery of treasury products, services, analytics, exposure issues, organic growth transactions and advice regarding funding.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Partner with the Treasury M&A Analyst to support each of the divestiture/acquisition projects.
·  Execute & manage the Bank documentation process for account opening/modification/closure/services setup (including EBTPS etc.) for Brazil.
·  Coordinate with Business teams, Monterrey SSC team, Treasury M&A Analyst & Banking partners to ensure smooth execution of account services request.
·  Maintain repository of documentation requirements for various service setup with Banking partners across the region.
·  Partner with Banking services lead to ensure legal agreements / documents have been reviewed and approved by the Corporate Treasury legal team.
·  Partner with Banking services lead to setup standard account management & service setup documentation.
·  Maintain KPIs for the bank administration process in Brazil.

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Portuguese and English advanced.
·  Needs to be at least 2 years away from graduating (Jul/2020 – Dez/2020).
·  Bachelor’s Degree in ADM, Economy etc.
·  Advanced: Microsoft Office tools (Word, Power Point and Excel heavy user).
