Essential Responsibilities

·  Analyze manufacturing process gaps that can be addressed through means of digitalization,
·  Utilize a Gemba walk methodology that drives cross functional problem solving through digitalization,
·  Advise manufacturing employees on process improvements via digitalization,
·  Collaborate with different stakeholders to develop digitalization tools that addresses business needs based on priority from Quality and Digitalization Manager,
·  Assist Quality and Digitalization Manager on global applications deployment,
·  Bridge & lead problem resolution on global application to GE Vernova IT community,
·  Troubleshoot & maintain current local application,
·  Follow-up weekly concerns from IT aspects,
·  Stay to up to date on current IT trends, and analyze its relevancy to the current production needs,
·  Troubleshooting of software, network and other IT applications related issues,
·  Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all IT applications incidents, and
·  Execute Ad-hoc IT related projects and other IT jobs as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

·  A Diploma/Degree in informatics, computer engineer, data analyst, or other relevant degree from a local or internationally reputable university,
·  At least 5 years programming and full stack application development experiences,
·  SQL database knowledge and .NET Visual Studio programming skills
·  Lean Action Workout Experience or other hands-on experience in Lean deployment and driving changes in production shop floor through strategic projects,
·  At least intermediate level of active English (daily contact with foreign colleagues) is required,
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
·  Familiarity with SAP ERP is a plus,
·  Willing to stay in Bandung.
