Role Summary/Purpose
The Digital Process Leader is responsible for creating the use cases and stories for the Digital Asset Passport. The Digital Asset Passport is a GE company-wide Predix based product being developed by Transportation. The product will interact with 8 of the GE businesses.
Essential Responsibilities
In this role, the leader will be developing documentation on the interactions & change processes involving the bills of materials (BOM) within GET and our customers. The Process Leader will integrate the Services BOMs and Unit BOMs into the Change processes. The Process Leader will work with GET & GE employees to plan and execute projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of project management experience, or equivalent (defined as High School Diploma/GED and 3+ years' experience in change management processes)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization
· Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills
· Proven leadership and effective decision-making capabilities
· 3 years proven project/process management experience in complex cross functional environments
· Ability to monitor and manage critical path elements of consolidated projects
· Ability to Develop any training required for specific project release
· Experience in Railroad Locomotive Maintenance and/or repair facilities
· Report to Program Manager on project priority, progress, obstacles and schedule
