Role Summary/Purpose
The Diaphragm Shop Manufacturing Engineer is associated with the manufacturing process. Positions requiring understanding of a concepts, methods & procedures.
Essential Responsibilities
As the Diaphragm Shop Manufacturing Engineer you will:
· Define & control production process, tooling & equipment
· Validate design specs & shop floor application of new product, tools, equipment
· Execute routine analyses using vested methods & technologies & contribute to technological developments in teams under supervision
· Work together with people from the business unit
· Contacts are under guidance & geared toward collecting/giving technical information
· Work within a team setting/under guidance
· Execute routine but complex analysis
Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 2 years of experience in Manufacturing)
· Strong oral & written communication skills
· Strong interpersonal & leadership skills
· Ability to work independently
· Strong problem-solving skills
