Role Summary/Purpose
The Current powered by GE national customer service team is focused on providing excellent customer service to all customer, distributors, agents, and internal sales team members. This role will work closely with the Export side of the business ensuring all product shipped in or out of the country is handled and documented properly.
Essential Responsibilities
In addition you will :
· Serve as the primary point of contact for customers within a defined geography
· Responsible for handling all Inquiry to Order, Order to Remittance requests from customer base, including price and availability, stock check, back order assistance, system user set ups, order tracking, claims, order expedites, and Returned Goods Authorization
· Take ownership of delivery schedule issues and coordinate directly with supply chain for schedule improvements and manual reallocations when needed
· Resolve all shipping discrepancies, including late shipments, damaged shipments, and incorrect shipments
· Provide schedule dates for shipments and availability requests
· Effectively communicate to customers and notify sales team of any potential commercial issues
· Use data to identify productivity improvement opportunities via e-tools
· Act as EliteNet expert on benefits, capabilities, functionality, and limitations
· Fulfill cross-reference requests from Sales to Current products from competitive product codes, competitive product descriptions, and / or limited descriptive data
· Handle all Export specific job duties
Additional Eligibility Qualifications

· SAP experience preferred

Desired profile
Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 3 years inside sales or sales support experience)
· Experience using a CRM tool
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS :
· Ability to work any of the three shifts depending on assigned geography (Shifts are for 8 hours and range from 7am-8pm)
· Overtime required occasionally
· Must be rated fully satisfactory in all metrics {including attendance (Internal candidates only)}
