Role Summary/Purpose

The Commercial Operation Specialist within the PVS Service Commercial Team plays an essential role in the growth of the Services business.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. Integrates and develops processes that meet business needs across the organization. Involved in long-term planning. This role will support on contribute to the overall strategy

·  Support for Orders volume and related pricing/profitability, including transactional orders, Upgrades Opex like and CSA Extraworks

·  Meet order budgets, proposal timeliness, cycle time, hit Rate / win Rate and project profitability.

·  Participate on proposal generation, specification compliance ,risk management and mitigation, transactional pricing, customer negotiations, customer communications and issue resolution.

·  be involved in the transactional deal process , with the ability to structure creative, commercially and technically quality deals as well as manage associated contractual issues that arise over the life of the project.

·  Interface with CPM-CSM and regional Sales teams to understand commercial strategies and solutions that will meet customer requirements as well as meet or exceed business goals.
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college

·  Strong communication skills – externally and internally, at all levels in the organization

·  Fluent English, good presentation skills

·  Never-give-up, top say-do ratio, problem solving

·  Team player

·  EU Work Permit
