Role Summary/Purpose

The China Commercial Operations GM is leading a team of about 100 employees and support the healthcare business in China at $2+ Billion.
Essential Responsibilities

• ITO process of forecasting with sales teams and continue optimizing the process to make customer feel “easy to do business with GE”
• Leverage e-tools to improve efficiency and risk management … UCM, SFDC, CPQ, etc
• Collaborate customer experience resources in different business and internal cross functional teams to solve customer issues and improve customer experience
• Define clear R&R and competency model, coach and develop the team to build strong pipelines.
Below are the detailed responsibilities:
• Lead Sales Operations processes & mechanisms and their implementation
• Support strategic imperatives and initiatives in order to ensure the fulfillment of business requirements and to optimize business performance.
• Lead local implementation of global commercial excellence projects
• Track order forecasting through Sales Workbench
• Lead quarter-end orders closing with Finance and Local Teams
• Order Roll Up, Modality Conference, Field Conference calls, including Sales and Services common Operating Mechanisms
• Lead as appropriate the various sales operating mechanisms including fulfillment and risk mitigation
• Drive Sales processes simplification and best practices sharing
• Develop metrics to measure progress to make tools more effective and to make employees more efficient
• Support Go to Market tools deployment to drive process simplification and improved GTM (Sales Workbench, CRM tool)
• Ensure that the processes of the Quality Management System (QMS) are implemented and maintained (QSMRs)
• Support internal and external Quality audits and closure of audit findings

• Bachelor’s Degree or above; MBA or equivalent preferred
• 10+ years experience in Sales/Services; Operations and/or Finance roles
• Demonstrated successful experience leading a big and diverse team and/or project
• Ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization
• Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced organization
• Excellent collaboration with different stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong business acumen and good business knowledge and understanding
• High work standard and quality
