This role is offered on a fixed term basis until 30 September 2016, due to the sale of GE Commercial Distribution Finance business to Wells Fargo which was announced publicly on the 13th October 2015. Over the 9 month CDF Graduate Talent Program you'll have the opportunity to cover all aspects of supporting busy commercial and risk teams such as: building relationships internally and externally, supporting customer proposals and working on key long and short term projects.
The Program will provide you with an exposure to Customer Relationship Management and opportunity to learn about CDF programs, markets and industries we serve. You'll work closely with the Account Managers and learn the internal systems and how to use various workflows. Through sales support you will learn the added value we bring to customers and the process to establish credit facilities with them. The rotation with credit will help to understand the basics of the credit procedures, identify how to calculate key ratios from the financial statements and learn pre- and post- funding conditions for activation. As such you will gather a good understanding of the business, learn about your own strengths and interests and prepare yourself to apply for a permanent role within the business.
We will support you throughout 9 month Program to ensure you make the best of your GE experience. Your Country and Assignment Leaders will offer coaching and mentoring.
